Pros
Chasing Fireflies is a small, specialty children's apparel retailer that has a strong brand and is looking to grow. It's very much an entrepreneur atmosphere whereby every day is a new and exciting challenge.
Cons
It's a small company and as such, we don't always have all the resources/ tools that I've had at much larger companies.
