Pros

Nothing at all! Cons are countless!

Cons

Company culture is worst. Politics, fake behavior, fake allegations- they're expert in these areas. No one is going to motivate you here to work better. They only count mistakes even it's a minor and will shout on you. The co-founder doesn't know how to talk with employees professionally! Work environment feels dead! Rules and regulations are different for every employee...they commit something else in front of one person and something else in front of another!! It's never 9 to 6 here, they'll make you work till 8-9 and again will call you to work in the night. And every positive review are the ones they asked their employee itself.

Pros

1. Got to learn a lot from Sr. Devs. 2. Everyone was kind of supportive, except the CTO. I would even consider that the CEO had a basic understanding of what we were building, though the CTO lacked it 3. Was good for brushing up my skills and contributing in the production environment.

Cons

1. When you enter the office, it won’t feel like an office, you’ll feel like it’s a customer service setup. Literally, there are rats roaming around the work area, ants on the workbench and even in the food. They do provide breakfast and tea, but I used to skip it for my own health. 2. The CTO needs to learn how to talk to employees. Has a real ego, not sure why, and is also insecure. He feels insecure if an employee/ intern is looking for better opportunities, but doesn’t help in making the current opportunity worth staying for. 3. The CTO needs to be more composed. He’s managing developers and managers, so it would be better if he stops behaving like a school teacher and communicates properly with the team. 4. The environment is so negative that you definitely can’t see your growth there. No comp-offs, no overtime pay and yes, it’s a startup so some of that is expected, but making developers and managers sit till 9–10 PM even when work can be done the next day or from home is unnecessary. 5. If you work here, you won’t get personal time to upskill. The CTO may call you at 12–1 AM and expect you to work. One of his common lines is, “Do you think this is a college project?” but ironically, client projects are treated like college projects with no fixed deadlines and a lot of pressure, even on interns.
