      Pros

      Insight into planning events, learn bartending skills, learned about high class dining and etiquitte, communicate with high class clientelle, saw alot of cool weddings. good hourly rate and can recieve tips. Great for a college kid, getting $10/hour plus tips.

      Cons

      understaffed. hard to get days off. long hours. bartenders cant have tip jars out which decreases tips.
