      Pros

      Everyone is really enthusiastic about making Chatterbug the best it can be and this makes for a very encouraging team atmosphere. The working hours are flexible and you can work from home when you like. The company is growing and evolving rapidly and it's great to be a part of it.

      Not a job for someone who isn't comfortable with communicating digitally

      Pros

      Excellent tutor support team and an extremely well-designed and interactive product for users to use to learn new languages. No extensive lesson planning required as the curriculum and materials were prepared for you. It was easy to get booked by students.

      Cons

      Salary was extremely low ($10 per 45-minute lesson), especially with such qualified and dedicated teachers working on a freelance basis.
