Pros
- Management really wants to be a great company and puts in the time and effort - A lot of interesting projects happening - Great learning opportunities, mentorship programs, Professional Development funding - Trust for employees to manage their time without micromanaging - Half day Fridays - Focus and conversations on mental health and work/life balance
Cons
- Company objectives are not always clear, sometimes projects can get into the weeds a bit - A lot of shifting roles and movement in the last year that can be worrying (although this seems to be working for the better now)
