Very bad work culture - Operations Checkmate Employee Review

Toxic managers. Toxic work culture. Company should be ashamed for holding employees salaries to meet their own financial goals. Employees work 30 days in and out to grow your organization, and you stop their bread and butter. Holding salaries is extremely unethical and horrible way to settle organizational needs. Some TLs are very unprofessional. You will get in depression once you start working here. Policies are not respected by the TLs and managers. They are made just for show off.
