Pros
You will get to work on a variety of projects and be exposed to wide variety of products and customer schematics. Good opportunity to see a lot of different electronics. You will be in charge of the work you do and how to implement it - you will not be micromanaged here. It is a small company so you have the opportunity to do/learn many things.
Cons
Sometimes direct interaction with customers can be frustrating. Because it is a small company, sometimes you will have to take on tasks that you do not like, but need to get done to achieve company goals. Sometimes long hours to meet deadlines.
