      Pros

      Great discounts on products. You are given the autonomy to manage your own patch, create sales incentives and be flexible with the creation of L&D material.

      Cons

      To progress in Samsung you either need to move to Sydney or Melbourne. The pay considering the amount of work that Samsung terriory managers need to do is significantly less than other companies. You are required to work a Tues-Saturday roster which I personally don't think Saturday's are effective.

      Medical, vision, dental, and overall health care coverage is great

      Cons

      no cons regarding health care. There are two types: high deductible and low deductible. If you choose high deductible you will pay almost nothing

      well paid, cool coworkers, interesting projects occasionally

      Cons

      favoritism is big here, a lot of the CD's can't actually give good direction and regularly tank our chances for pitches
