Despite being a professional staffing firm, Chelsoft has a family feel to it. They are the best at what they do. Their payroll is always on time. Their pay is at par with industry standards. They take very good care of their employees. Each person of the management is very approachable. Chelsoft Solution has a very good knack of identifying the strengths of their employees and providing opportunities that match their strengths. The marketing is very strong and they have a very strong network of well established clients. I have been working here for more than 3.5 years now and have loved every bit of it. It is notable that in the last 3.5 years, I have not been on bench for even 1 day i.e. They always placed me on a new project even before the preceding one ended. Thanks for taking care of us.
