Cons
Wet lab work is often gross and the bio facilities often feel more like a butcher shop than a bio lab. Seems like a small thing but such a TERRIBLE SINK. A deeper sink would improve the workflow in the wet lab SO much. Lots of slides to make and read and etc - but that is to be expected when making various pitch decks and tracking so many projects over the years so I am not sure how they could change this Loud and excessively negative talk in some areas of the company, but I think it is really that some people just have no filter when they think aloud about something they are passionate about. I think it is a good thing that they feel free to speak up and express their opinions, but new people may be startled by this frankness...
