Cons
-Working for luxury clients/elite wedding planners is quickly exhausting and demoralizing. Some clients are fine but others have extremely high expectations and zero boundaries (e.g. will frequently call after work hours)
-The expectations of clients trickles down into the expectations of Cheree Berry Paper leadership. It felt that employees had to be available at all hours even on vacation. Most people ended up working far beyond 40-45 hours/week, and leadership didn't seem to care. When inevitable errors were made, the leadership often sided with the client and blamed the employee(s) rather than supporting employees and working with us to improve
-The turnover rate is truly insane. I was only there for just over a year but in that time my entire team of seven people either resigned or were fired due to the unattainable expectations and toxic environment
Overall, I would strongly caution someone before accepting a job here.
