      Generally the people on the ground are amazing!

      Cons

      Management suck… laying 40 people off on a 15 minute call is not cool and lest we forgot the round of lay offs before that… The CTO is ruining the company while chasing his own ego and is at best a coward. Speak out against him… you’re done.

      You will never know if you are safe or not, they prefer to be nice to the point they don’t engage you that you are on the wire. Salary somewhat low
