      Community based and great employees that are very supportive Beautiful place to work

      Cons

      Management is very conservative and white. I feel like diversity is an issue and has to be addressed. Alot of inexperienced people working Not much growth and slow pay increases

      Supportive company to work for. It has its own quirks like any restaurant. They take care of their long term employees
