Pros
Relaxed Team Atmosphere. Very nice, friendly staff and willing to work together without question! Opened up my eyes to a new business model that helps foster success! Very low stress for a sales environment. Excellent compensation and opportunity to make a nice salary.
Cons
If you're used to working in a larger corporate environment, it may take you a while to get used to the Small Business Approach. But the staff is very helpful with helping you learn the ropes!
