      Got to work with underprivileged young children and make a difference in their lives. Some supervisors are terrific.

      Lots of training opportunities. Lots of days off

      Cons

      Parents are not given all info despite claims of transparency. Management is ego driven, favors certian employees. Disagree with management you will be "punished" and overlooked for pay increases and bonuses. Keep adding more responsibility without compensation. More than half of total yearly payroll goes to just 10 employeees
