      Pros

      Generous mental health time, flexible schedule for work life balance, opportunity to learn more information CEU's, lots of agency-provided wellness events.

      Cons

      Secondary trauma from dealing with Child Abuse cases. Not always opportunity for growth. Very much a leadership stays in role for a while once they get there organization.

      Pros

      One week paid during holiday time.

      Cons

      No longer offering work from options. There was a death in the organization last year, and the executive team couldn't be bothered to show up for the memorial. The executive is so distant and doesn't care about the employees. The CEO is never in the office even though he requires all staff to be in the office.
