Poor leadership — C-suite staff have been in the company for the last 7–8+ years, but most managers/analysts don’t get to complete more than 5 years. You will see no regard for human values and meritocracy. Those who are obedient are promoted without doing substantial work. If you don’t agree with leadership or question their decisions, you can’t survive. Toxic and a classic example of the worst leadership. If this were a for-profit company, the leadership could survive a year tops.
