Good salary (but money is NOT everything, mind it) Free lunch everyday (when you are mentally unstable you cannot even digest food properly, mind it!) You will get the complete freedom to use "F" word frequently. You will listen it all the time as well from the two big bosses (two brothers)
Cons
Poor management. They do not have much experience to run a company. Management means shouting and yelling to them. You will be humiliated for any mistakes you make and also your contribution to the company won't be valued. If you work in the IT department, things will get worst if you mess up their database or anything in the production. There are a few developers and freelancers there whom they admire, rests are like tissue paper to them, can throw them away to the bin after using. Crazy environment and normal persons cannot work here. You will be complete crazy after working for a certain period of time. This company is run by two brothers and they are quite famous for scamming in their own country. These hysteric and arrogant brothers will give you a hard time. Do not waste your time here. There are also office politics and grouping, backstabbing which make this company very "South Asian" rather than being "European".
