Pros
- Flexible Time (You can definitely enjoy life while earning a great amount at the same time) - Great salary and incentives (Starting rate for everyone is 3 dollars per hour, if the student won't be able to come in class for 15 minutes, you will still be paid. Amazing right?) - Very responsive admin and IT's. - Constant updates through phone and skype. - Free trainings for you to widen your vocabulary, enhance your speaking skills and the like.
Cons
First two weeks will be a great challenge and you might lose hope getting students but it's just the perks of a newbie. Patience is a virtue.
