Interesting problems to work on, lots to do which is great for learning and growing at a fast-paced startup
Cons
100% remote, which is great for some but lack of community feel and caring about the company / company caring about you Lack of standardized systems, even simple ones. Poor cross-company communications and understanding of who is on what team, who's responsibility it is to tell people what's going on, etc. Very siloed. I've gone weeks without an update on the company as a whole
