Pros
I have been employed for a year after many years with a competitor. In this tight margin industry I had no idea a company could be so strong financially until I came to Chipman. Their profits are reinvested into their people, which shows in the long tenures of the staff, and the overall quality of all team members.
Cons
Historically low level growth that limited the career paths of the most talented. This has changed over the last 6 years with 40% growth during that time frame, and an aggressive path by Chipman leadership for the future.
