Micro-management is rampant Office morale is melancholy High Turnover - I worked there for less than a year and saw at least 12 different employees come and go Management doesn't really have any idea on how to use their own systems Benefits are horrible to say the least Management does not value employee input making the very small company centralized Lack of trust between employee and employers No respect is given to tenants of the owners - which does not make good business sense since they are also technically clients No career advancement - this is a job not a career
