A lot of positive changes over the last couple years. New management has really turned things around. New team with talented people all around. Company has great potential.

Very chaotic environment with lots of employee turnover prior to last couple years. Not the greatest employee benefits, but that has all been sorted out with recent changes.

Disconnect between parent company's and Choice's strategic direction. A great deal of gossip filters down to us from upper management that conflicts with official messaging in terms of the viability of our company. Strong clash of operational and cultural norms between NJ office and Boulder office.
