Overall a great place to work. Generally,the environment is hospitable and some management are great team players encouraging staff to work hard and take pride in their work

Politics of cronyism. i.e.People hired to positions of power because of their relationship with upper management rather than on merit of their interpersonal skills/customer service/communication skills.
Wonderful residents 😁 staff get a free meal with each shift they work.
Cons
Lack of support for staff.
Too many relatives working together, staff stick together in this issue.
Lack of English (first language) speaking staff, huge language barrier for staff and residents.
Staff do not orientate new hires properly.
