      Pros

      It's a firm of more than 50 people, not too big not too small. nice firm size. People are extremely nice here. The managing of the firm is nice. I have a very nice leader. Really enjoy my working experience here.

      Cons

      St. Louis is not a good city to live in for long term. They did lots of health care projects. Like most of the corporate firm, some of the design are too practical.

      Pros

      Christner is a very efficiently run company. They are profitable, strategic, and well-run. Their work is well regarded in the healthcare industry and they work well with clients. Christner is a great place to learn and they take you under their wing. A very tight-knit family of people.

      Cons

      The work isn't always the most glamorous, but they do it well. Sometimes I think Christner could do more to stay relevant in the community and do more continuing education for employees.
