Pros

Apparently there are profit sharing bonuses....

Cons

Turnover rate is astonishing. There is maybe one or 2 people that have been with this company since inception. Lots of one year-ers, even more folks with just months. Upper management bicker amongst themselves. Some trying to hold the company together. Profit Sharing bonuses promised are often late to be paid out, could be because upper management takes "team building" and attend "conferences" often with their families depending on where the conference is. Also upper management spends (what could be considered as bonus money to their employees) company funds on "Business development trips" to luxurious destinations inviting our industry folks at the cost of MMREM. Hopefully the bonuses promised make it to the hard working employees....

Pros

Loved working for this company, employees were great all worked together well to get the job done. We were a contractor for HUD.

Cons

We worked for HUD as a contractor marketing and selling HUD foreclosures on the single family side. Our contract was awarded to another company.

Pros

5pm. A paycheck. Insurance. Most of the co-workers were incredibly nice, so many good people worked there that are gone now. Met a lot of great people.

Cons

Incredibly high turnover. Job fairs where they hired 30-50 people and let them go a few weeks later. They hire and let go of a lot of temp employees. Training is non existent. If you don't catch on after "shadowing' someone i.e watching over their shoulder & hoping you pick it up, they will fire you. Layoffs of 12, 15, 20 people in one day across the company. They changed the name from Sperlonga to MMREM and now to Chronos. They keep changing the name because they have a terrible reputation in the industry. Frequently lose clients & contracts. Management treats their employees with disrespect, it's a very threatening, stressful work environment, everyone is always wondering when they will be fired. Many are just quitting to say themselves the nervous breakdown. Their payment processes are a joke, there is no real Quality control, GAAP is routinely ignored and the money and human resources management is somewhere between unethical and illegal. Pretty sure no one ever reconciled a bank statement. The vast amount of firings and layoffs should be raising red flags with everyone from their clients to the Texas Workforce Commission. Ridiculous levels of micromanagement, unobtainable goals and outright intimidation make this a company to stay far away from. Run. Just run. Don't even blink. Just run.
