Pros

If you joined the IT 2-year CAP program, you'll receive a lot of nice high quality swag items. I got a high-quality jacket when I attended the annual conference for the company. Health insurance that they provide was pretty good too.

Cons

There are no assigned seating when you come to work - they follow the open space plan, first come first serve kind of deal. There are a lot of people who are contractors who comes in earlier than the full time employees and usually all the desks with monitors are taken. On a busy day, all the seats are taken including the kitchen space. Management is lacking as well in the IT department, especially in the digital transformation division. Managers seem to always congregate together and doesn't make the effort to see if their developers are okay. They seem to have a lot of fun in their groups but when it's time to showcase the application and if something goes wrong, they're quick to point fingers.

Pros

The company changed and became a toxic environment to work in.

Cons

- Decision‑making often required multiple layers of alignment, which limited the speed at which strategic or technology‑driven improvements could be implemented. - The organization’s size and structure sometimes made it challenging to create end‑to‑end accountability for transformation initiatives. - Cross‑functional priorities were frequently competing, which made it harder to maintain momentum on high‑impact programs. - Over worked
