Impossible to get a raise working as a manager. corporate office being mormon and all don't really live up to the mormon standards. It really sad that they don't stick up for there own values as a family/company business. When offering any suggestions in the company they do shoot you down quite fast rather then saying, what can we do to better this situation. One last thing they do favor more stores then others. I know as a employee other stores do stuff they aren't so post and don't get angry with them because they are there friends but at another store they can't get away with sed thing......I know this for a fact .
