Senior management does not invest in their employees. They push their employees to work hard with little support or acknowledgement. Senior management is just a bunch of old men who have been in the same industry for way too long. They don't promote fairly, instead it is based on who they like and at that moment. In other words, you can be working diligently, be respectful to all, be a team player and then one day, your colleague gets a promotion because..... we don't know why.
