Pros
It is a good environment to work in and the company does try to improve the social aspect (social activities, fruits for employees, sports activities though limited and so on). There are many challenges and projects to work on which is stimulating for someone who thrives to surpass themself. There are multiple opportunities to grow. I do like my colleagues and this company as a whole, but there are some cons that need some improvement. Social benefits such are insurance is extremely good and very cheap compared to other companies.
Cons
Salaries are not very good compared to the market from what I have seen, there is a lack of communication and transparency in decisions being made by management, some departments benefit more than others for having a good supervisor and it can sometimes feel unfair as some departments have benefits that others don’t. There are added levels of management and it can sometimes feel like it can take forever to get an answer to a simple question. Some people from higher management really need to learn basic manners as some will bluntly ignore you or look at you as if you are inferior (especially one from France), but people and most of management are generally friendly.
