1. They talk about culture but the people in the managerial and leadership themselves mess up the culture. 2. Advancement and promotions were often tied more to personal relationships with management rather than merit or performance. While some individuals thrived and moved up quickly, it was usually those who had closer personal ties to manager. Recognition for hard work felt inconsistent, and many talented employees were overlooked in favor of those with better internal connections.
