Pros
-There are some rockstars that work(ed) here - Great innovation taking place around customizing Relativity applications and reporting capabilities, driven by very impressive CTO -Good evening/weekend PM support allowing for good work life balance
Cons
- Inconsistent leadership across PM pods (teams); some pods have great leadership and others don't - Poor benefits including no 401k match, high-fee 401k investment options and expensive health insurance; salary was good to help make up for this, but you could take $10k+ less in the market and likely still come out ahead if you utilize 401k and health benefits - Bigoted DEI policies and far-left politically oriented company; during first week of onboarding the Director, who provided orientation for a team of new PMs, went on a self-initiated political rant, name calling and noting politics would be fixed when the baby boomer generation died off (later an apology was issued to the new hires). - Small group of employees systematically abused the unlimited PTO policy, driving some away and costing others their job - High turnover, particularly among those who were the hardest working and had the brightest futures -
