      A great place to start in the industry

      Cons

      Salary could be better, specially if you're in London where everything is extremely more expensive And overtime work isn't paid and neither rewarded as time in lieu, you only get that last option if your work during weekends

      Great equipment, great team feeling

      Cons

      Start up feel (at the time) with growing pains as far as communicating with London. Leaps and bounds improvements to today, I'm sure.

      Coffee, (mostly) nice coworkers, new facilities

      Cons

      They'll bring you in from anywhere in the world and dump you when they're done with you. Very low encouragement of creativity. Low wages. No support. No clue. Taking this job is one of my biggest regrets.
