      HR department used to make false promises regarding raises and potential promotions while still asking people to fullfill associated responsibilities. Doesn't retains enough talented candidate by proposing competitive pay which impact the company average competence level on the long term.

      Great equipment, great team feeling

      Cons

      Start up feel (at the time) with growing pains as far as communicating with London. Leaps and bounds improvements to today, I'm sure.

      Coffee, (mostly) nice coworkers, new facilities

      Cons

      They'll bring you in from anywhere in the world and dump you when they're done with you. Very low encouragement of creativity. Low wages. No support. No clue. Taking this job is one of my biggest regrets.
