      The atmosphere is unmatched. Great sales team Impressive engineering teams - customers always mention how great they are Great place to learn about cyber security and meet vendors Long lasting relationships Full visibility into the organization, owners have nothing to hide (Still privately owned) If you can't sell here, sales isn't for you :)

      Need to be a self-starter Management will give you guidance, but it's on us to execute

      Pros

      Deep technical coworkers, household name customers. Boutique company so get to work on a range of interesting projects. Lab environment has all the latest tools and products to attack. Generous work from home policy. Frequent company social events. Senior management is accessible and willing to entertain well thought out ideas. Very little bureaucracy. Paid training and conferences. Performance based bonus program.

      Cons

      Peak season can mean a lot of concurrent projects. Offices in NYC and Ireland so must be comfortable with remote-first collaborative work style.
