      - Some awesome people work in company - Unlimited PTO - Close to beach

      Cons

      - Management has no idea what they are doing - Family owned company run by men who have no compassion or empathy - They want you to do everything and refuse to take responsibility - They are unwilling to admit their poor biz skills and practices, and will make you feel weak - Poor communication and professionalism. When you communicate to them they turn on you and blame you and lie. I'd be very skeptical working for and with these people. They don't honor their word or values - at all.

      Pros

      The Company has many high profile IV league universities as their clients, so the work is super rewarding. Since the company is a full-service agency with a dedicated PR, SEO, Creative, Content and Paid Media teams, when you work on a project, you have great support from other teams. My experience has been working with amazingly smart and talented and fun people. Besides the traditional perks & benefits, the company pays for each individual's education each year. You can learn from the best and get certified from prestigious universities and institutions with the expense of the company.

      Cons

      Nothing Major. Like any other startup technology company, there are many unknown and unanswered questions and issues that require long hours of work to figure out the best solution. As the company grows, the office space is getting smaller so having a larger office will provide a more enjoyable envireonment.
