      The showroom looked nice, and some coworkers were helpful.

      The supervisor expected employees to handle demanding clients without proper training or support. Sales goals were unrealistic given the available inventory, leading to constant frustration. Communication between departments was poor, and customers often suffered because of it. The pressure to perform was high, but leadership rarely recognized hard work.

      Some colleagues were great to work with.

      Cons

      The supply chain manager failed to address constant backorders, making it impossible for employees to provide real solutions to customers. Customers were furious about delays, and employees had no choice but to apologize endlessly. Instead of fixing the issue, leadership acted as if it wasn’t a real problem
