Pros
you are on your own, and you can organise your day. Few very good co-workers, Pay could be good, if they would care about managing the place.
Cons
1. Not giving you all the details about the job on a job interview, very dishonest ,especially that they will take 30% of your salary for almost 3 months to "pay for the training and tools" 2. Training is so poor, that "sink or swim" attitude prevails. Buy you have to pay them back for "training". 3. They give you tools( every power tool they gave me , was already heavily worn & torn). Good luck, getting a replacement in a decent time frame. You end up buying drill bits etc. with your own money, to be able to do the job, never to be refunded. 4. Amount of failed jobs is abnormal, neither management, neither the client seem to care about improving anything, orders just getting re booked, without fixing the issue( wrong network build, example). Then they expect from you to keep your completion rate at 75%. A complete joke 5. Nepotism is a big thing here 6. communication is non existent
