      Pros

      I was exposed to a lot of different processes and was given the opportunity to work closely with the techs and leads on the floor. I was/am always busy with something. Kudos to my supervisors for making sure I was never doing monotonous tasks like filing papers.

      Cons

      When hiring a group of interns, make sure the workload is evenly balanced. I was busy but I noticed some of the others had to search for things to do towards the end of the internship period.

      Decent paycheck for the Duluth area , however they don't keep up with the industry

      Management actively trys to prevent your carreer advancement so he can keep you under his thumb. They push for countless meaning less and tedious projects and don't plan for time to do them.
