The Cirrus Insight team really works to make this a family-friendly company and fun environment with team-building exercises that strengthen communication among the teams.
Cons
It is a fast-paced working environment that isn't for everyone. With flexibility, comes high expectations and it is a necessity to be able to prioritize projects and manage deadlines.
