Boring Manufacturing Overall it was fine

Flexibility with your hours, location & plenty of parking

poor management, no room for growth, elementary/middle school atmosphere, if you aren't in the "clique" you'll get no where except over-worked. All the "great" reviews are posted by members of the clique. The long timers rule the roost and are friends with managers so, they get special treatment and their bad behavior is overlooked. Their behavior is atrocious and unethical. If you want to be bullied, belittled, and treated like children for low pay this is the place for you. DUO is one of their slogans yet DUO is the exact opposite of how you are treated. The older men in the clique walk around all day flirting with the young girls on the floor and complain how much work they have. Although you almost never see them working. Management is not trained in giving constructive feedback. The only feedback you receive is negative with no opportunity, insight, or steps to take to correct any issues. They have more layoffs here than the average company.
