      Pros

      There are no pros when you work some where that has no ethics and there human resource team is horrible and doesn't follow up on open issues :

      Cons

      There are so many : 1) They management team does not know what they are doing. 2) Human resource is a nightmare . 3) There finance team can't hold on to any good employee's - must be the new management in the Finance area that thinks they knows everything . 4) They give people no credit for good work. 5) Very poor work life balance - they think you should not have a life.

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Pros

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
