      Management Team are bunch of incompetent people, they are firing people un-ethically the people are being pulled out to their workstation and escorted outside the office premise, it affects the morale and mental health of the people. the system is always slow, and company is not doing anything about it. the goal of this company is make you fail they will make you feel that you should be grateful having a job instead of none

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
