      There are still a good number of existing customers from when Citirx was one of the best in VDI.

      Cons

      They had relying entirely on indirect sales by its partners and neglecting them, resulting in a significant deterioration in relationships and the departure of many key personnel. As a result, many partners have selling competitor's VDI aggressively.
