They buy your polos and other gear. Office is mostly clean.
Cons
They put a clause in the offer letter where they don't have to pay you commissions if they fire you or you quit. They don't pay commission until the client begins service which can be months down the road. They change policies on a whim to save money and avoid paying salary and commissions. Medical insurance is super expensive. Lots of micromanagement Sales Executives have to report to 4 managers Long Sales Cycle (3-12 months) They make you come in to the office everyday Toxic and unprofessional work environment Family run business with lots of politics
