Pros

Decent pay, benefits, a beautiful area, and a small team.

Cons

Traffic is horrible, the work culture is very toxic and insidious, high employee dissatisfaction and turnover rate, no incentives for certifications.

Pros

Amazing environment, members, staff, top notch club and equipment, indoor pool facility was beautiful and very well maintained by staff who were always on top of the facility. Programs ran awesome, staff did a great job, management did a wonderful job as well training as well as supervising and monitoring staff, patrons and activity level and keeping facility clean and well maintained.

Cons

Sometimes pool would have to close due to lightning, or the other pop or throw up in pool from kids in swim lessons. of course no one can stop this from happening, except the children may have eaten too much too close to lesson time, or they were just too nervous, again, an unfortunate situation, where pool has to close for a time, 30 min or longer, depending. The facility always is so kind go grant credit for lesson missed, which is so nice, you can't say this for some other swim schools in the area.
