Business Outlook
Pros
Has a very close knit family atmosphere across the employees. For the most part everyone is very supportive of each other. Management is respectful and fairly approachable. Advancement is also encouraged and supported. If you put in the time and effort you can often move into new roles especially if you are clear with management about your goals.
Cons
There is a tendency to cling to traditional ideas as to what a workplace should be. Even in today's times it's difficult to get management to be open to a more flexible work/life balance.
