Exposure wise this is a great organisation. Only problem is with one has to have skills for business development to sustain here. Is for profit but runs like non profit and complaints about not having funds. One will not get time to concentrate on projects as they keep on chasing for funds. But they do get good projects. Team leads are great in terms of support.
Cons
Salary is low compared to the work expected from the staff and based on the JD one is hired. Totally depends on intern/fellow model.
