      Flexibility hours. Option to work remote. Good CEO.

      Cons

      Leadership team is all over the place. Below average compensation for junior employees. Major lack of HR processes (onboarding, training, protocol, ability to seek help). No 401k match.

      The tool itself is very impressive even to this day. No one does quite what they do, and clients that "get it" are extremely loyal.
