Pros

Working at Civil Science has been a really solid experience overall. The people here make a big difference, everyone is approachable, supportive, and willing to help each other out. It feels much more team-focused than a lot of companies out there. One of the coolest parts is that the company is 100% employee-owned, which gives people a real sense of investment in the work and the future of the company. You can tell employees actually care about what they do and the success of the team. There’s also a lot of opportunity to learn and grow professionally. You get exposure to different projects and responsibilities, so it’s a good place if you want to build experience and keep developing your skills.

Cons

The workload can get busy at times, especially when deadlines stack up, but it also means there’s never a shortage of interesting projects or chances to gain experience.
